Undergraduate Compensation
Employed undergraduate students are paid biweekly.
- Timesheets are due by the end of your scheduled shift on Friday (or Saturday if you work) at the end of a pay cycle (every other Saturday)
- Timesheets are submitted via the Time Reporting System https://uctrs.it.ucla.edu
- A student may be employed at two on-campus positions if the student is currently working less than 18 hours a week and/or the student possesses a highly specialized skill or knowledge that is needed by the second employing unit. Should the following petition be approved, under no circumstances may a student work more than 18 hours during the semester or 40 hours during school breaks (winter, spring, summer) per week between the two on-campus positions.
